 *What is the Gospel?*

It is also known as the "Good News."

Below, enjoy the Good News (Gospel) that Jesus wants us all to know:

It is the beautiful story of God's plan to redeem humanity from its sins (selfishness, hatred, wickedness, death...) and to reconcile us with Him, making us His children. The Bible reveals this entire wonderful plan to us, from the book of Genesis to Revelation.

God came to earth in the person of His Son, Jesus.

He carried out a three-year ministry during which He revealed God the Father—the Creator of mankind and everything in the universe—and His Kingdom. He taught us about the importance of faith and about loving God and our neighbors as ourselves. He personally chose and trained twelve disciples to continue and expand His work.

He was put on trial for doing good and for claiming to be the Son of God. He died by crucifixion to secure the forgiveness of our sins and reconcile us with God the Father, enabling us to become His children and His brothers and sisters. On the third day, He rose again, demonstrating His power over death and proving Himself to be the Creator of life. After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to others; He shared His physical presence once more with His disciples and other people so they could bear witness to the truth of this event, thereby confirming His teachings regarding the great power of the one true and living God. He returned to heaven to be with His Father, leaving behind the promise that He would prepare a place in heaven for His faithful followers and return to earth in the future to gather them, so they might live with Him and God the Father for all eternity. Jesus gave a command—known as the Great Commission—to His disciples and followers: to preach this Good News (Gospel) of hope and faith to every person on the face of the earth.
